About

Those early experiences breastfeeding my son made me realize how little support and education is truly provided to parents in the realm of normal infant feeding and behavior. I decided that I wanted to pay forward the support that I had received, which allowed me to meet my own breastfeeding goals.
In 2016, I became an accredited Breastfeeding Counselor and Volunteer mother-to-mother peer supporter with Breastfeeding USA. I chose to further my education in the field of lactation and was certified as an IBCLC (International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant) in 2019.
I have many areas of professional interest and personal experience. I work with clients on a wide range of topics including sore nipples, slow weight gain, tongue ties, weak suck, transition from bottle to breast, oversupply, exclusive pumping, return to work, etc.
